Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The location is superb, right across from Madrid's Retiro Park and close to many tourist attractions. The rooms provide a lovely view of the park, even though the air conditioning could be more efficient. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff going out of their way to assist, especially Natalia. The dining options, although great, may seem a bit pricey for a 4-star hotel. The facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable throughout the stay.
