inadequate experience in a standard room
old furniture lacking value
The location was acceptable since it was near the park.
I am frustrated because the room was not well kept, and the furniture seemed old. I found this unacceptable given the price, and felt the value was lacking. It wasn't the relaxing experience i needed.

The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of options.
I must admit, the room felt a bit small. There was also a strange smell of bleach in the corridors, and sometimes in the room (a more pleasant aroma would be welcome!).

the location was ideal close to major museums. the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was amazing fitting for a "palace".
the common spaces felt small and inadequate. the sitting room did not have enough space. the cafe was also small and expensive.

charming stay!
amazing location nice closet helpful staff
I found the location across from el retiro park amazing. the room had enough space and the closet was really nice. the staff allowed us to store our bags while we picked up a rental car. I was happy.
the hotel a/c only worked on low and made very loud noises, it needs maintenance. public areas were not very clean! the furniture was low quality, similar to ikea

The hotel offers luggage storage. This was very helpful. the building is beautiful, though the common spaces felt small. there is no gym, though the park nearby offers ample space for outdoor exercise

underwhelming stay, some issues
broken items dissapointing room
the breakfast had a lot of options and the staff are nice.
the room i stayed in felt really old, it had some broken things and the tv remote needed tape to hold the batteries. the pictures online show the hotel looking new but it's not true, the room was very dissapointing.
